Luxury is cardboard?
The Object Deluxe collection, a series of cardboard boxes, printed on the surfaces of which are designs depicting the outlines of decorated vases, precious books, frames and luxury objects. A humble material, therefore, as is cardboard, which is associated by contrast with the images of glamorous, sophisticated objects reproduced on its surface.
The Object Deluxe collection has been conceived as a material for use at the point-of-purchase. With this operation the company intentionally treats the concept of luxury ironically, far removed as it is from the company spirit, and at the same time meets a need from the point-of-purchase to personalise the Lago corners inside the shops with a suitable display .

How do you do it? I have been on the Lago site numerous times and never saw that packaging - fabulous.
ReplyDeleteaha... fancy cardboard boxes. I'd rather stack them up for decoration than actually using it. Real cool find!
