"Beyond the table" is a project that proposes a reflection on objects and how they are conceived and built. They look at common domestic mass-produced table objects such as mugs, plates and cups and build on the components to propose us with a new form; a new way of looking at the object, and provide us with an alternative use for these everyday items. This project was conceived by Gonçalo Campos and is going to be exhibited in Fabrica Features Lisbon from July 15th to August 4th this year. Following its display at Fabrica Features Lisbon this project will be on display in London at the "handle with Care" exhibition.
