LOVE & HATE,
computer code / data projection edition 5 + 1 ap
In ”Love and Hate,” in the beginning the same number of pairs of words, love and hate, wrestle with each other. The work is programmed so that each individual word in a group will coincidentally select a target word from the opposing group of words. In the moment when one particular love meets one particular hate, one or the other of them will change into its opposite: the chances for each are 50/50. Once again, the opposing parties form groups that make certain connections, circle around the opponents, or collectively attack each other.
