Absence makes the heart grow fonder

Camalonian Columns is a woven light weight pavilion inspired by the way plants move and respond to their environment.
It was developed during a residency at Kew, The Royal Botanical Gardens, London this spring .
A continuous surface creates base, columns and canopy using a simple hyperbolic geometry. The space created is 3.5m tall, covering 50m2 and weighing only 20kg.
