Possibly one of the fairest of all mirrors, this splendid piece is one of a limited edition of 50 that have been created using the combined silhouettes of 23 historical looking glasses from the V&A collection. This unusual piece has been designed by graphic design consultancy Graphic Thought Facility. The images include a Dutch silver filigree mirror, c.1700, an English hand mirror made of pear wood, 1901, and an Italian silver-gilt frame mirror from the 18th Century, all reproduced to spectacular effect against an opaque silvered background. The mirror is hand silvered on toughened bevelled glass and measures 84 x 56cm. It hangs from a chain and is heavy, so we recommend the use of specialist mirror fixings. Limited edition of 50, exclusive to the V&A
